INTER CONFIRM THE SIGNING OF TWO PLAYERS AFTER LUKAKU EXIT

It is no doubt that Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan will miss their star striker Romelu Lukaku after the big Belgian star decided to mark a return to his former club Chelsea this summer. Lukaku, Inter's best player last season, will not play in the Serie A this campaign and will instead play in the English Premier League after his transfer to the Blues was made official some days ago. The star forward reiterated his desire to return to Stanford Bridge after claiming that he had unfinished business with the Premier League outfit and he will be a big miss for Inter this season but of course, it's one of those things that happen in football.

Inter seem to have moved on from the sale and have now invested part of that money in two new signings. The club confirmed that they have signed Bosnia and Herzegovina striker Edin Dzeko from fellow rivals AS Roma and Netherlands international star Denzel Dumfries from Dutch Eredivisie club PSV Eindhoven.

Neither of the two New players may be as strong or hefty as Lukaku but they are two creative players and with Dzeko already a household name in the striking department in football, especially after already making a name for himself both in England with Manchester City and in Italy with Roma, he is expected to be a great signing for Inter.

Dzeko is already gradually nearing the end of his career but his experience could prove to be vital for Inter as they aim to retain the Serie A league title. Dumfries, on the other hand, is though younger, but an exciting talent. His signing is expected to add some more firepower to Inter's attack as he could also prove to be a vital player in Inter's bid to remain champions after the 2021-22 Serie A season.
